Programme terms
The scope, access and purchase conditions for this live learning pilot.
1. Provider and scope
The programme “Create Your First AI-Assisted Animated Video” is provided by Profitable Earth Consulting Services, a sole proprietorship of Baibhav Bajpai. Business and support details are available on the contact page.
The programme provides professional instruction in an AI-assisted video-production workflow. It is not a software subscription, accredited qualification, job-placement service, investment recommendation or earnings guarantee. Business consulting is a separately scoped service.
2. Fee and inclusions
The fee is ₹999 plus ₹179.82 GST (18%), totaling ₹1,178.82 for one learner in one selected cohort. It covers four one-hour live interactive sessions, practical workflow/templates and access to the cohort’s course-session recordings for 60 days after the final scheduled session.
The optional common welcome session is on 14 September 2026, 8:30–9:00 PM IST, in addition to the four core sessions. No recurring course payment or separate YouTube membership is required for the included replays.
3. Schedule and language
Cohort A: 16, 18, 23 and 25 September 2026, 8:00–9:00 PM IST.
Cohort B: 19, 20, 26 and 27 September 2026, 10:00–11:00 AM IST.
Teaching is primarily Hinglish. Prompts, software terminology and supporting materials are mainly in English. The maximum class size is 25 learners per cohort. Buy only the cohort that you intend to attend.
4. Software and learner preparation
Third-party software subscriptions, AI plans and generation credits are not included. Paid subscriptions are not required merely to observe the demonstrations. Creating your own assets may require accounts, appropriate access or credits. The final tool selection may evolve; Canva is proposed, not an exclusive editor commitment.
A computer and reliable internet are recommended for hands-on practice. Learners are responsible for checking the current prices, credit limits, renewal terms and permitted uses of third-party tools. No purchase of additional software or production services from Profitable Earth is compulsory.
5. Registration, payment and invoices
Registration is completed only after a successful payment through the verified checkout and confirmation of the selected cohort, subject to the minimum-enrollment condition. A click on a registration button, a page visit or an email inquiry is not proof of payment.
Successful payments receive an automated Razorpay receipt. The GST invoice is emailed separately by Profitable Earth within one business day. Joining instructions will be sent to the registered email before the programme begins. Do not use payment links from an inactive merchant account.
6. Refunds, cancellation and timetable changes
The Refund & Cancellation Policy, including the exact cohort deadlines, forms part of these terms. At least 10 total paid participants are required. Organiser cancellation for insufficient enrollment results in a full refund. A material schedule change will be communicated; an agreed alternative or refund will be offered when the learner cannot attend.
7. Recordings, conduct and intellectual property
Live sessions will be recorded for course participants. Names, voices, screen shares or questions may appear in a recording. You may keep your camera off and ask questions in writing. Contact us before the session if you prefer not to appear. Public promotional reuse of identifiable learner contributions requires separate permission.
Use course recordings and supplied learning materials for your own learning. Do not redistribute, resell or publicly upload them without permission. Do not share meeting/replay access with non-enrolled people. Use only source content and inputs you have permission to use; follow each tool’s applicable terms. Do not submit confidential client material or impersonate others.
8. Outcomes and support
The instructor will demonstrate a complete workflow on a short project. Your own outcomes depend on participation, practice, tool access and available credits. No income, employment, business result, identical visual quality or particular finished production is guaranteed.
