Refund & cancellation policy

1. First-session refund window

You may request a 100% refund of the total amount paid — ₹1,178.82 — before your first core class or within 48 hours after your cohort’s first scheduled core session ends. No reason is required. The optional welcome session on 14 September is not a core session and does not start the refund clock.

2. Later withdrawals

After the full-refund period, and until 24 hours before your cohort’s third scheduled core session begins, you may request a 50% refund of the total amount paid — ₹589.41. No standard change-of-mind refund is available after the stated partial-refund deadline.

This structure gives both cohorts a clear full-refund period after the first class and a separate later partial-refund period before the third class.

These deadlines are based on the published session schedule. A material schedule change will be communicated with the corresponding refund arrangements.

3. Minimum enrollment and organiser cancellation

The programme requires at least 10 paid participants in total across both cohorts. If Profitable Earth cancels the programme because the minimum enrollment is not achieved, the amount paid will be refunded in full. The enrollment deadline is 15 September 2026 at 6:00 PM IST.

We will not silently transfer you to another cohort. If a material schedule change or consolidation is proposed and you cannot attend, an appropriate agreed alternative or refund will be offered.

4. How to request a refund

Email contact@profitableearth.com with your name, cohort, payment email and Razorpay payment reference. Use the subject “Refund request — Cohort A” or “Refund request — Cohort B”. A timely email records your request even if the response or bank processing occurs later.

Refunds are returned through the original payment route where supported. Eligible learner refunds are not reduced by Razorpay/payment-gateway processing charges. You will receive confirmation when the refund is initiated. Please allow approximately 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on the payment provider and bank.

5. Access and other rights

Following an approved withdrawal and refund, future class and recording access for that enrollment may end. The policy does not limit any applicable statutory rights or remedies arising from Profitable Earth’s failure to deliver the programme.

The Razorpay receipt and GST invoice are separate documents. Appropriate invoice/credit-note adjustments will be handled through the business’s invoicing process.
