Course, invoice or access questions
Email your name, selected cohort and the issue you need help with. After a purchase, include the Razorpay payment reference if available. Do not email your card number, CVV, password, OTP or UPI PIN.
The course is delivered online. No physical product or shipment is included. Joining details and invoices are sent by email; session replays are supplied through restricted online access.
Refunds and complaints
Use the same support email with the subject “Refund request — Cohort A/B” or “Course complaint — Cohort A/B”. Include the email used for payment and the payment reference. Refund-window requests do not require you to justify your decision. See the refund and cancellation policy.
