1. Who is responsible

This site is operated by Profitable Earth Consulting Services, sole proprietor Baibhav Bajpai. For privacy questions, contact contact@profitableearth.com. Our public business location is Kamshet, Pune District, Maharashtra 412106, India. The full registered address is maintained for statutory, tax, banking and payment-provider records and is supplied where legally required. Profitable Earth operates remotely; no walk-in customer service is offered and any physical meeting is by prior appointment.

2. Information provided by you

This static course page does not contain a registration form, account login or payment-data database. When enrollment opens, registration takes place through Razorpay-hosted checkout. That process may collect your name, email, phone, billing PIN code, selected cohort, payment reference and optional business/GST invoice details.

If you email or call us, we receive the information you provide. During classes, we may receive attendance information, questions, project submissions and feedback. Do not send card details, CVV, OTPs, UPI PINs or passwords to us.

3. Why we use the information

We use relevant information to process and reconcile enrollment, communicate joining instructions, provide access to classes and replays, issue invoices, handle refunds, answer questions and maintain necessary business records. Promotional marketing, if introduced, will be separate from messages needed to deliver the course.

4. Service providers

Website hosting is provided through Hostinger. Payments are processed through Razorpay; invoicing is managed through LEDGERS/IndiaFilings. Live meeting, email and restricted recording-access providers may process information needed to deliver the programme. The meeting/replay arrangement will be identified in joining instructions.

Providers operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Payment processing happens on Razorpay’s platform rather than in this website’s code. We do not collect your card credentials on this static page.

5. YouTube videos and external links

Embedded examples are not loaded automatically. Their preview images are served with this site. Clicking “Load YouTube video” connects your browser to YouTube’s privacy-enhanced player on youtube-nocookie.com. YouTube may then receive technical information such as your IP address, browser details, referring site and playback interactions and may use storage according to its policies. Privacy-enhanced embedding does not mean that no data is processed.

You can leave the player unloaded or watch directly on YouTube. Clicking an external tool, social or payment link takes you to that provider’s website, where its policies apply.

6. Cookies, fonts and technical logs

This course website does not currently add advertising pixels, analytics cookies, third-party font requests or persistent browser tracking storage. Its first-party files provide layout and essential interactive controls. The hosting infrastructure may keep technical/security logs, including IP address, request time and accessed URL.

Before advertising or analytics tags are introduced, the data flow, privacy notice and any needed consent controls will be reviewed. There is no purchase-conversion tag in this launch package.

7. Recordings and retention

Live sessions are recorded for enrolled participants and course replays are available for 60 days after the selected cohort’s final session. That access period is not a promise that every business record is deleted after 60 days. Payment, invoice, refund and support records may be retained as needed for service delivery, accounting, disputes and applicable legal obligations.

Identifiable learner contributions will not be reused publicly for promotion without separate permission. Contact us before the class if you prefer not to appear in the participant recording.

8. Requests and updates

Contact us to ask about your information, correct details or request deletion or restriction where applicable. We may need to verify the request and retain information where there is an ongoing service, accounting or legal requirement. This notice will be updated if the operational tools or data practices change.

The programme is designed for adult learners. A parent or guardian should contact us before attempting an enrollment for a minor.
